Holidays in the Kaiserwinkl region

The Kaiserwinkl holiday region is located in the Tyrolean lowlands in Austria, right on the border with Bavaria. Nestled between the Chiemgau Alps in the north and the imposing Kaiser Mountains (Wilder and Zahmer Kaiser) in the south, the region includes the villages of Kössen, Walchsee, Schwendt and Rettenschöss.

Kaiserwinkl offers its guests a mixture of nature experiences, sporting activities and warm Tyrolean hospitality. Families, holidaymakers seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers love coming here at any time of year.

The Kaiserwinkl Card, which all hosts offer free of charge, is a great added value for holidaymakers. It offers numerous discounts and free services, such as use of the regional bus, free entry to some pools (often including the Walchsee swimming card) and discounts on cable cars and golf courses.
