Holiday in Bad Neualbenreuth

The small town of Bad Neualbenreuth is located in the Oberpfalz (Upper Palatinate) directly on the Czech border. A holiday in Bad Neualbenreuth is a time among forests and meadows with a recreational character.

A special attraction is the Sibyllenbad, a modern spa and health center that invites you to relax and unwind with its wide range of wellness and therapy treatments. There are thermal baths, saunas and various wellness treatments to make your stay a pleasant one. In the Sibyllenbad, visitors will find a bathing temple, a spa center, a therapy path and the spa park. In 2019, Neualbenreuth was awarded the title of “spa” and can now call itself Bad Neualbenreuth.

Those interested in culture will find historical sights in the region, such as the baroque church of St. Elisabeth or the ruins of the Old Castle in Neualbenreuth. The proximity to the Czech border also offers the opportunity to go on cross-border excursions and discover the cultural diversity of the region.

Bad Neualbenreuth has only recently been recognised as a spa and now offers further interesting offers in addition to the existing programme. I experienced the forest health training with trainer Beate Ott and got to know a completely new forest experience.
