A really relaxing and peaceful time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tip: <\/strong>with a stay of 2 nights, every guest receives the Black Forest Plus Card free of charge. With this card you can explore about 80 interesting places in the Black Forest. Many offers are free of charge, others are offered at a discount. A great offer that we gladly took advantage of. In addition, there is also the free KONUS guest card, which allows free use of public transport in the Black Forest holiday region. If that&#8217;s not a reason to leave the car at the hotel!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Hotel Adler in Freudenstadt &#8211; a hotel tour<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We went up to the first floor of the hotel in a really extraordinary lift. I have never experienced a lift in a hotel that is such an experience. The bathroom, which is only separated by a glass wall (could create privacy with a curtain), glows in a cheerful orange. The shower is at ground level and large &#8211; I&#8217;d like to have that at home too!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\" alt=\"Zimmer im Hotel in Freudenstadt\" class=\"wp-image-15887\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The room itself is decorated in pleasant colours and is very spacious. A sofa invites you to linger and the workplace with a reasonable chair was just right for working. Of course, we needed a good Wi-Fi connection, which we found.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/zimmer-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/zimmer-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\" alt=\"Hotelzimmer im Schwarzwald\" class=\"wp-image-15888\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The bed was just right for our sleeping needs, I like to find slightly firmer mattresses.<br>There is no minibar in the room. If you want to have a drink in the room in the evening, just go to the third floor of the hotel. There are two cosy lounges here &#8211; a smoking lounge and a business lounge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/raucherlounge-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/raucherlounge-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\" alt=\"Raucherlounge Hotel Adler in Freudenstadt\" class=\"wp-image-15885\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The smokers&#8217; lounge is very cosily furnished. Big armchairs, a small bar and cigars (you can buy them) &#8211; if I were a smoker, I would have felt comfortable here.<br>The second lounge area is a bit more modern. Here, for example, you can get drinks from a fridge, which you then pay for when you leave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/aufenthaltsraum-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/aufenthaltsraum-hotel-adler-freudenstadt.jpg\" alt=\"Aufenthaltsraum im Hotel in Freudenstadt\" class=\"wp-image-15886\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Eating in the restaurant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Hotel Adler has a very good restaurant that offers lunch and dinner. If you want to eat here, you should definitely book a table in advance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One evening we ate in the restaurant and I was really thrilled. The menu was extensive and offers everything your heart desires. From fresh salads to Black Forest specialities, from Maultasche to Sch\u00e4ufele &#8211; the food is varied and fresh.<br>We ate Black Forest cheese spaetzle with diced bacon and a Black Forest cordon bleu. It was a tasty and excellently prepared meal and actually I was more than full afterwards. Then came the suggestion I couldn&#8217;t resist &#8211; homemade sorbet with Black Forest cherry liqueur. A dream!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/eis-zum-abendessen.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/eis-zum-abendessen.jpg\" alt=\"Hotel Adler in Freudenstadt: Eis zum Abendessen\" class=\"wp-image-15884\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The dinner in the restaurant of the Hotel Adler delighted us and convinced us with its taste.
