It is already dark when we reach the Seehof Rheinsberg. Cozily lit from the outside, a glance through the windows reveals beautifully set tables. Everything looks inviting and friendly and that&#8217;s exactly how we are greeted when we enter the restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rheinsberg-seehof-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Seehof Rheinsberg\" class=\"wp-image-16438\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>We are located in a farmhouse from 1750, which was converted into a hotel and restaurant in 1997.<br>The hotel offers single and double rooms, some of which have a view of Lake Grienerick. In the garden house there are apartments with direct lake view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the restaurant, in addition to the smaller dining room with a view of the street, there is also the possibility of sitting in the attractive winter garden, and in good weather there is also a courtyard garden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rheinsberg-seehof-wintergarten-1024x682.jpg\" alt=\"Wintergarten Restaurant Seehof\" class=\"wp-image-16440\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seehof Rheinsberg: here the boss is in the kitchen<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Seehof Rheinsberg is run by the Pfeiffer family and during our visit the boss was in the kitchen preparing the evening meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A look at the menu shows us, the choice would be difficult. It all sounded extremely good and from the fish dish to the meat dish to vegetarian dishes, there was a varied offer to choose from.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vonortzuort.reisen\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/rheinsberg-seehof-pilztotelini-1024x601.jpg\" alt=\"Pilzravioli\" class=\"wp-image-16441\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Patrick has chosen a vegetarian dish: &#8220;Chanterelle ravioli with brown butter, parmesan and small salad with berry dressing&#8221;. I opted for the &#8220;K\u00f6nigsberger veal meatballs with crispy capers, pickled beet and boiled potatoes&#8221;. Which one of us made the better choice &#8211; I don&#8217;t want to commit myself there. The ravioli tasted so wonderfully of mushrooms, was juicy and made you want more. My K\u00f6nigsberger veal meatballs were the best meatballs I&#8217;ve had in years. For me, K\u00f6nigsberger veal meatballs are a favorite dish and these were a dream: tender veal, well seasoned and in a dreamy sauce with the highlight of crispy capers (I hadn&#8217;t had them like this before).
