Traveling in Saxony

The Free State of Saxony lies in the east of the Federal Republic of Germany. The state capital is Dresden, the most populous city is Leipzig. Around four million people live in Saxony. Neighboring countries are Bavaria, Thuringia, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg and Poland in the east and the Czech Republic in the south.
