Illusion Show in Berlin: Magic Moment in the Illusion Theatre

In a side street of the Kurfürstendamm in the heart of Berlin is Ben Blu’s illusion theatre. It was rather by chance that we became aware of the illusion show in Berlin and spent a magical evening here.

Ben Blu is a magician and illusionist at heart. This becomes clear as soon as you enter the small theatre. With great attention to detail, the first magical moments are created even before the illusion show in Berlin.

But I have to admit that it would have been magical for me if I had also solved the little puzzle. Unlike Ben Blu, who certainly solved this problem easily as a child, I already despaired of it as a child and gave up with impatience. And on this evening, I also despaired of the “small” task. Other visitors were more successful.

Shortly before the show, we were allowed to enter the small theatre hall. You sit comfortably together at small tables, you can take your drink bought in the vestibule inside and then you should sit back and let yourself be enchanted.

Berlin Illusions – the capital city magic show

We took a look at the programme “Berlin Illusions”. A programme that promises in the description that no card tricks will be shown. And this much we can reveal – they keep their promise.

During the 120-minute show, the theme of Berlin is the common thread that connects the individual programme items. Whether it’s stories about the citizens’ office or the city’s underground and suburban railway network, everything here is viewed from a magical angle.

The audience is a crucial factor in the show. It’s not just about watching, Ben Blu also needs active support from time to time. But don’t worry, it’s all painless, no one is sawn up or chained. The viewer, and to be honest I’m still thinking about how it works, gives input that subsequently plays a role in the show.

Of course, I will not reveal here what exactly will be shown. That would diminish the magic of the visit. Only this much can be revealed. I was not bored for a minute. It was magical, exciting and entertaining right up to the last minute. A wonderful evening all round.
